4" Archaic Flint Celt used by the Sedalia Phase cultures. It was found in Central Missouri used in the Middle Archaic period for chopping, digging and crushing bone. It has lots of patina and mineralization. Excellent example of a Middle Archaic period artifact. Its very well made and has good symmetry.
